Leiden Film Festival wanted to use existing footage from their short films to create animated posters. I designed this layout to highlight certain films, and, as a playful experiment, I left the original audio from all the videos playing simultaneously. Strangely enough, it kind of worked. I asked them what they thought, and true to the spirit of an experimental film festival, they loved it, so we went with it. Here’s 3 of the posters back to back.
